For an afternoon of shopping for clients in Soho recently, I pulled out an old favorite which I don’t get to wear often… These Bamboo Tiger overalls. I got ‘em ages ago while visiting a friend in Hoboken at a boutique called Homeslice. I love the zippered detail, and the army green color. To make the look modern, I paired them with a slouchy cotton sweater and a pair of casual, chunky wooden heels. To top it all off, a straw fedora balances the outfit by bringing some attention upward.

Last night, newly opened hotspot Bishops & Barons hosted a cocktail party to celebrate Hunter Dixon’s spring/summer collection, in stores now. Sponsored by Star vodka, the event was filled with the young and hip - all eager to check out Hunter Dixon’s charming prints, pleats and pastels. I’ve got my eye on a printed romper due out later this month, and how cute is this cap sleeved sheath dress?!
